AthleticOS Terms of Service

Welcome to AthleticOS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AthleticOS platform, including any websites, mobile applications, and services operated by AthleticOS.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

AthleticOS provides a content management and publishing platform for athletic programs, schools, and organizations. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Schools and authorized users retain ownership of the content they publish through AthleticOS. By using the platform, you grant AthleticOS a limited license to host, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the service.

• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws
• Upload or distribute malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with platform performance or availability

5. Service Availability

AthleticOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AthleticOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
